In this page you can find links for registration and abstract submission for 13th World Congress of Perinatal Medicine. Please note that registration system will be open from the January 1st 2017.

Participant registration


Participants interested to submit their abstracts should register through abstract submission wizzard.

Deadline for electronic abstract submission is July 15, 2017 at 16.00 (4.00 PM)
Once you submit your abstract, you will receive information of your papers’
acceptance/rejection 1 September, 2017.


All participants who are willing to recieve congress information, announcments, to fasten on site registration or to pay on line their registration fee, should register HERE.

Author registration

Your registration fee to 13th WCPM includes the following:

  • Participation in the scientific program
  • The visit of the exhibition space
  • Congress material
  • Certificate
  • Coffee breaks
  • Welcome cocktail

Upon registration at the registration desk, you will receive your badge, vouchers, and conference materials.

Your registration fee to does not include:

  • Pre Congress Courses: Ian Donald advanced ultrasound course & Fetus as a patient course
  • Entrance to Gala dinner

You can pay your registration fee by bank transfer, on site or ONLINE.


The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

Thursday, October 26, 2017 08:00 –18:00
Friday, October 27, 2017 08:00 –18:00
Saturday, October 28, 2017 08:00 –17:00
Sunday, October 29, 2017 08:00 –11:00

Registration is only regarded valid when the organizer has received the full payment from the registrant. A confirmation of payment will be sent to registrant´s e-mail upon receipt of payment in full. If the full payment has not been received before the deadline indicated, the registration fee will be increased according to the payment period.
Each registrant must fill in a separate on-line registration field


Name Badges

You are kindly requested to wear your name badge during all events of the Congress. Access to the congress venue will not be granted without the name badge. The name badge is personal, non-delegable.


Lunches are included in the participants’ registration fee. Lunches, coffee, tea and other refreshments will be available around the exhibition area.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For cancellations received until 15 July 2017 refund of registration fees will be 100%.
Refund of registration fee until 15 October will be 30%. After that the registration fee will not be refunded.
All refunds are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Refunds will be made following the Congress in the same manner as the original payment was received. If bank charges apply, they will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Cancellations must be done in writing to the lead conference organisers (e-mail, regular mail or fax).


The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to make their own insurance agreements, as they consider necessary. In the case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for 13th WCPM conference to take place at the time and place as announced, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the Congresse and there shall be no future liability for either party.
